4. Listing Management

Administrator is permitted to add, modify and delete any listing in the database regardless of the listing owner. These actions are accomplished using pages from Listing data management section in the menu. An administrator adds, edits and deletes listings similarly to the way users perform these action. However, in the admin panel, the form is not assigned to the certain page, but the administrator chooses any of the forms available in the system.

Using forms mechanism, the administrator can enter only one listing at a time. In addition to the conventional form-based listing management, iRealty offers bulk import and export capabilities. Export will create an Excel Spreadsheet with selected listing one in each row. Import allows data in tabular format be entered into the database as listings.
