4.3 Editing Listings

Before editing the listing, an administrator performs search on the listings as described in the section "Searching listings". Clicking the "Edit" icon in the search result table brings up an edit form for the selected listing. The display form defines the edit form used to edit the listing. Please see section "Display forms" for information on assigning input/edit form to a display form.

The edit form will open in a new browser window. After modifying the listing data an administrator can press either "Save" or "Save & Close" button. Both buttons submit the form, however, the latter will close the browser window with the edit form.
